Milagros, are known as "little miracles". Milagros are small metal religious charms found in many areas of Latin America, especially Mexico and Peru. These small charms, often depicting body parts, sacred hearts, faithful, praying people, children, pregnant women, farm animals and a wide range of other subjects are typically nailed or pinned to crosses. Milagros can also be attached to wooden statues of various saints, the Virgin Mary or Christ, sacred objects, pinned on the clothing, or hung from little red ribbons or threads to altars and shrines. They are also carried for protection and good luck. Who doesn't have more room for divine healing and miracles in their life?
